U.S
Eco-Cracking SAS ESP, a Colombian company with legal representation that seeks continuous improvement of the environment, giving treatment or final disposal to MSW (urban solid waste) in a friendly, efficient and sustainable way, generating renewable energy, fuels and benefits to the environment. Our treatment, based on the principle of anoxic pyrolysis or thermolysis, allows high efficiency by significantly reducing gas and leachate emissions while generating energy and bio fuels.
Process
Cracking is a process in which the molecular breakdown of organic waste is generated through optimal conditions of pressure and temperature generating coal, methane, water vapor and renewable energy, without emission of gases or leachates helping the constant improvement of our environment ambient. In the world several technologies apply this concept, the most advanced is anoxic pyrolysis also called thermolysis.
Basis
Its foundation is to have this technology easily accessible to all the governments of Latin America in order to lead the reduction of pollutants in the hemisphere. Our plants operate indoors which eliminates the emission of pollutant vectors to the environment.
Requirements
We are a private company of free management, we can actively collaborate with governments in order to solve the final disposal of urban solid waste generating renewable energy and environmental benefits.
Give space to the renovation
The renovation and purification of the environment is possible by applying the new technologies for each process to be executed, we are concerned with totally eliminating pollutants through the treatment of urban solid waste through the craking process.
Molecular cracking by gasification and anoxic pyrolysis or thermolysis.
Gasification, applied to solid waste and biomass, is a relatively new application of this technology that is increasingly used for waste disposal. It is a thermochemical process in which the waste, including its biomass content, is heated in an oxygen deficient environment to produce a low energy gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and methane.
The gas can be used as fuel in a turbine or combustion engine to generate electricity. Fossil-fueled gasifiers, such as coal, have been operating successfully for many years, but now they are increasingly developing to accept more mixed fuels, including waste. The new gas cleaning technology ensures that the resulting gas is suitable for burning in a variety of gas engines, with a very favorable emission profile.
The gasifiers can operate on a smaller scale than an incineration plant, and can also be provided in a modular way to adapt to a range of different operating scales. Several British companies are leading this emerging technology. Pyrolysis is another emerging technology that shares many of the characteristics of gasification. With the gasification a partial oxidation of the residues takes place, while with the pyrolysis, the objective is to heat the residues in total absence of oxygen. Gas, olefinic liquid and coal are produced in various quantities. Gas and oil can be processed, stored and transported, if necessary, and burned in an engine, gas turbine or boiler. The coal can be recovered from the waste and used as fuel, or the waste is passed to a gasifier and the carbon is gasified to this process of molecular breakdown is called Cracking .
